The item was nothing like the description. The seller even messaged me saying “New unused and unboxed”, but when he delivered it there was damage to the front and side from what I saw. I asked multiple times for photos prior- but was only sent a video which didn’t show the damage. Make sure you get proper photos before you commit to purchase. Seller took it back though, but said I asked for a refund for the refund reason- where it should have been “item was damaged / not as described”.

Good comms throughout: before, during and after the purchase. We collected the item from the storage unit. Trevor was really helpful when we got there, and went above and beyond in sorting out a small issue on the day. I had to make a small adjustment to one of the table legs, so I can see why this was an open-box item. Overall really pleased with the table and the price we paid.

Ordered a sofa which should have included 3 cushions, but one was missing. Phil, one of the delivery drivers, was rude, kept interrupting us, refused to listen or come inside to see the issue, said he “didn’t care” as it was “just one cushion,” and even threatened to take the sofa back. Thankfully, Trevor was polite and arranged the missing cushion and a replacement for the damaged sofa unit. Great sofa, but Phil’s attitude and lack of apology were unacceptable.

WOW!! Absolutely first class service from Rob & Barb from start to finish, initially I contacted after finding them on eBay but not with the sofa I wanted so Rob said leave it with me, his patience & help was second to none from my first contact through to delivery changed my mind twice on the sofa & delivery we had to remove the door frame to get it in, again none of which was an issue to Rob. Honestly can’t recommend them enough the sofa is perfect at a quarter of the price thank you so much
