When we first started using eBay, it was a total unknown to us, and we almost gave up using it. Everything seemed slow, including receiving our customers’ payments. Is the furniture you sell new?
Yes & No, meaning some items are BRAND NEW, and some may be classified as NEW (OTHER), which means they are new but may have a slight issue, such as missing packaging or a cushion or two missing.
Do you offer delivery?
We list as a collection only, but if asked and depending on the customer’s locality, we can assist on a case-by-case basis, even if it means helping with sourcing a courier.
Can I order a specific piece of furniture from you?
No, but please feel free to ask that we look out for certain things. We obtain our furniture from surplus supplies, liquidated or returned stock. Therefore, we rarely know how we’re getting until the day we receive it.
